Do you wish you felt more confident speaking before a group of colleagues, strangers or friends? Have you spent sleepless nights debating how to begin a difficult conversation? You are not alone. The number one fear is NOT a fear of heights or snakes - it is fear of speaking in public.
In this workshop, you will learn strategies for overcoming fear. Speak UP offers you tools and techniques for clear, authentic and confident communication to present your best self. We will also role play difficult conversations and practice techniques that enhance listening for successful communication.

Presenter: Nancy Maloy is a speech consultant, actress, theatre director and teacher. Her many years of experience and studying various inter-disciplinary mindfulness techniques has given her a platform which offers tools and techniques for clear, authentic and confident communication whether in the boardroom, classroom or living room.
