This hands–on enrichment program will offer:
- Basic baking fundamentals & kitchen safety
- A chance to explore culinary careers
- Explore the science behind baking, such as ratios, chemistry and ingredient interactions
This program is open to any Putnam County Youth, Ages 9-14 years old.
Please note: recipes may include nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs.
Fee
$115 non-4-H members; $85 for 4-H members
