Pizza Power!

Kids cook! Bake up some pizza goodness with healthy vegetable and herb toppings. In this hands-on class children will choose and prepare ingredients for a great afternoon snack. They’ll learn where these vegetables grow and take home some potted herb seeds for their own windowsill herb garden. Putnam County Health Department Nutrition Educator Kris Boyle, and Cornell Cooperative Extension Staff will host this hour-long fun food fest. 

Grades 6-8, 2:30 pm; Grades 1-5 @ 4:30 pm
