4-H Volunteer Zach Krauss, teaching a STEM class

#CCERESPONDS 2021 Year End Campaign

For more than 100 years, Cooperative Extension, has delivered the 4-H Youth Development Program in every county in the United States.

Backed by a community of more than 100 public universities, 4-H youth development programs are grounded in the belief that kids learn best by doing!

For Giving Tuesday, Cornell Cooperative Extension Putnam County is shining the spotlight on the 4-H Youth Development Program! Our goal this year is to reach and engage more Putnam Youth, ages 5-18, by offering a variety 4-H STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) programs in afterschool settings. With your support, Putnam 4-H can purchase critical equipment and supplies that will allow caring 4-H adult volunteers and staff to provide STEM education programs to students of all ability levels, foster innovation and problem-solving skills among youth, and allow youth to explore a variety of STEM careers.

Please support CCE Putnam County's effort to invest in 4-H equipment that will raise the bar for our young leaders.
